Held as part of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe International PPP Centre of Excellence Program, the objective of this course is to provide participants with an introduction to the key elements to design, develop and monitor PPP programs in a variety of infrastructure sectors, as well as to understand the creation of polices to govern these programs. 

Key topics covered include an overview of:

  • Preparing PPP strategies and structuring options for success
  • Managing the pre-feasibility and screening processes
  • Understanding the financial and contractual planning
  • An overview on PPP’s for the Diplomatic Corps dealing with foreign aid, trade and International Organizations

Through presentations and case studies delivered by PPP experts, participants will gain new knowledge and insights that will enable them to assist their agencies in entering the private sector participation market.
