Président de l’Association PPP Suisse, Lorenz Bösch a souligné lors de l’assemblée générale organisée à Berne que les PPP sont aujourd’hui bien implantés en Suisse et de plus en plus souvent envisagés dans le cadre de grands projets. Pour ce dernier, les publications et manifestations de l’association y ont grandement contribué ces dernières années.
Dans certains domaines, la standardisation des PPP est solidement établie. Grâce aux efforts de l’association, les éléments clés des partenariats public-privé ont été intégrés et adoptés comme directives contraignantes par la Confédération, la Conférence des achats de la Confédération et de nombreuses autres administrations. Le savoir acquis avec l’aide de nombreux experts est accessible au public. L’association a ainsi atteint, pour une bonne part, les objectifs qui lui avaient été fixés. Elle a cessé ses activités à la fin du mois de juin 2019.
Le savoir acquis par l’association ainsi que ses publications resteront accessibles au public par l’intermédiaire de la Société suisse des sciences administratives SSSA (www.sgvw.ch).
